Researcher Humar wins ERC grant for edible laser research
Ljubljana, 11 July - Researcher Matjaž Humar from Slovenia's Jožef Stefan Institute (IJS) has won his second European Research Council (ERC) advanced grant for his concept of biological laser research. The goal of the EdibleLasers project is to produce lasers from edible materials so they could be used as sensors in food, medicines and other products.
