Paper stresses staff shortage in Slovenian prisons

Ljubljana, 12 July - Five years after two prisoners escaped from a Slovenian prison the situation has even worsened, Dnevnik writes in Friday's commentary. The same number of prison officers is guarding a growing population of prisoners, an issue that will not be solved by the construction of new prisons.
