Law on social inclusion of the disabled found to be unconstitutional
Ljubljana, 16 July - The Constitutional Court has unanimously decided in a procedure launched by the Ljubljana Higher Court that the Act on Social Inclusion of the Disabled is unconstitutional. Until the inconsistency is resolved, the basic disability related expenses should also be provided for by the person's parents.
