Petrol says margins raise not enough to cover costs

Ljubljana, 17 July - After the government decided to raise retail margins for fuel sold outside the Slovenian motorway network, Petrol, the biggest fuel retailer in the country, said on Wednesday that the raise will still not cover all retail costs.
