Kras wildfire envelops over 100 hectares of forest

Komen, 18 July - The wildfire that broke out on Mount Trstelj in western Slovenia on Thursday morning has so far spread across some 120 hectares of forest, the Forest Service said. According to Simon Vendramin, who heads the intervention effort, 70 fire brigades are fighting what are actually two fires which could merge into one.
