Addiko Bank in favour of improved takeover bid by NLB

Ljubljana, 25 July - The management board of Addiko Bank, a Vienna-based banking group which does business in the area of former Yugoslavia, has said in a letter to shareholders that it is in favour of an improved takeover bid by NLB, the leading bank in Slovenia, which is at the same time the biggest banking group headquartered in the area of ex-Yugoslavia.
