Delo critical of new health referral rules

Ljubljana, 26 July - The newspaper Delo comments on Friday on the Health Ministry's overhaul of health referral rules, which the ministry says will improve the lives of patients. However, the rules will not cut waiting periods, but extend the acceptable waiting times.
