Allianz enters ownership of Cinkarna Celje with 5.32% stake

Celje/Ljubljana, 29 July - The German financial giant Allianz has entered into the ownership of the Slovenian chemical company Cinkarna Celje through its Croatian pension fund manager Allianz ZB. It acquired a 5.32% stake in Cinkarna Celje last week, when a EUR 8.1 million block deal on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange was carried through with the company's shares.
