Ljubljana, 30 July - In many projects in Slovenia no thought is given to the question of who the project is meant for, writes Delo in its commentary on Tuesday, touching on the decision of the relevant ministry to allow a mass concert by pop star Magnifico to be held in Tivoli Park under strict environmental conditions.
