Report: Slovenia hands over two Russian spies in prisoner exchange

Ankara/Ljubljana/Washington, 1 August - Slovenia took part on Thursday in the largest East-West prisoner swap since the end of the Cold War. The country handed over two Russian spies who pleaded guilty and were convicted only a day before. Unofficially, PM Robert Golob had discussed the exchange with US President Joe Biden, 24.ur reported. Biden later thanked Slovenia for its support.
