Last night's storms not as bad as feared

Ljubljana, 2 August - Storms that raged across Slovenia during Thursday night were not as severe as feared but they still caused some trouble, with authorities recording nearly 50 incidents. Strong winds uprooted trees, especially in the western Primorska region, and caused the port of Koper to halt shipping traffic for an hour or so.
