Dnevnik stresses importance of watercourse management in flood recovery

Ljubljana, 8 August - The disastrous floods last summer dealt a heavy blow to many, writes Dnevnik in its commentary Everything Used To Be Different, adding that in comparison the heavy rain this summer was but a slap, which could have been prevented with a better management of torrential waters.
