Večer says European defence industry waking up

Ljubljana, 10 August - While the defence industry is always accompanied by moral reservations, the newspaper Večer highlights a difficult security situation in Europe in its Saturday commentary Security and Weapons, arguing that NATO can only act as a proper deterrence force if the armies of its member states, including Slovenia's, are properly armed.
