Koper mayor refuses to remove signs with historical Italian toponyms

Koper, 27 August - Mayor of Koper Aleš Bržan has not reconciled himself with the decision of inspectors to remove signage with Italian historical names of squares and streets in the centre of Slovenia's largest coastal town. The 33 signs have not been removed, but only turned around with the blank side exposed as the city is still hoping for a solution.
