Fortenova management gets Slovenian member

Zagreb, 29 August - Slovenian businessman Borut Petek has joined the board of managers of Fortenova as the shareholders of the Croatian group, which owns Slovenia's No.1 retailer Mercator, overhauled its leadership at their meeting on Wednesday.
