Ljubljana, 29 August - Losses by three blue chips pulled the SBI TOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange 0.04% down to 1,609.89 points on Wednesday, while the chemical company Cinkarna Celje was up by almost 3% after reporting a 5% rise in half-year profit. Brokers wrapped up EUR 2.16 million in deals, almost half of the amount was with the NLB bank.
