Struggling with liquidity, MLM sent into receivership

Maribor, 30 August - The District Court in Maribor sent state-owned foundry MLM into receivership on Friday after years of failed efforts to find a strategic partner and address its liquidity issues. Katarina Benedik was appointed as bankruptcy trustee and the creditors were given until 2 December to report claims, says a posting on the website of the AJPES agency.
