Weekly Review of Slovene Economy from 30 March through 4 April

Ljubljana, 4 April - The National Assembly adopted, on 2 April, a law that winds up the privatization process and privatization of legal entities owned by the Slovene Development Company (SRD). The solutions in the law will regulate final procedures in privatizing former collective property. The law, which takes effect two weeks after the publication in the Official Bulletin, solves two important issues: the investment of excess privatization vouchers and the filling-up of the privatization gap.
