Pax Americana being over could be an opportunity for Europe, panel hears

Bled, 3 September - Discussing the fading Pax Americana, participants of a panel held as part of the Bled Strategic Forum on Tuesday agreed that regardless of the outcome of the next US election Europe should be active and engage in relations with the US and China.
