Govt set to speed up inheritance proceedings

Ljubljana, 5 September - The government adopted on Thursday changes to the Inheritance Act to speed up inheritance procedures when heirs are not known, the government said after the session. The bill cuts from one year to three months the period in which a court dealing with an inheritance case must urge potential heirs who are not known to come forward.
