Lecture and Exhibition on Romantic Poet Heinrich Heine

Ljubljana, 6 April - POETRY/EXHIBITION/HEINE
An exhibition on the life and work of Germany's Late Romantic poet Heinrich Heine (1797-1856) will open Monday in the National and University Library (NUK). The exhibition was staged in collaboration with Zagreb Goethe-Institut and Ljubljana Charles Nodier French Institute. Before the exhibition opening, Professor Jean-Pierre Lefebvre of Paris Ecole Normale Superieure will give a lecture on Heine at the Slovene Academy of Sciences and Arts (SAZU).
