Consequences of wars, role of peace stressed at former fascist camp

Rab, 8 September - National Assembly Speaker Urška Klakočar Zupančič stressed the need for peaceful politics as she addressed on Saturday a commemoration marking the 81st anniversary of the liberation of the Italian concentration camp Kampor on the Croatian island of Rab, where at least 1,490 Slovenians died. She also laid a wreath at the memorial site.
