Paper uneasy with Kos's silent political withdrawal two years ago

Ljubljana, 10 September - Delo's opinion piece on Tuesday notes that the candidate change for Slovenia's EU commissioner was caused by the likelihood of the country being allocated a fringe department had it insisted on a male candidate.
