Dnevnik says long-range missiles could help Ukraine establish balance

Ljubljana, 17 September - Dnevnik says in Tuesday's commentary that while no one will give Ukraine nuclear warheads, conventional long-range missiles that can reach Russia could establish a balance of conventional powers, without which Ukraine will be defeated, which would put the EU in a bind.
