Banks report nearly 25% profit increase in Jan-Jul period

Ljubljana, 17 September - In the first seven months of the year, banks in Slovenia recorded a net profit of EUR 690.1 million, marking a 23.7% increase year-on-year. Net interest continued to rise and non-interest revenue grew as well. Net impairments and provisions increased as well.
