Government Majority Shareholder in Telekom and Elektro Enterprises

The Agency for Restructuring and Privatization Council has recently confirmed second approvals of privatization programmes for the following companies: Telekom, Eletro Maribor, Elektro Ljubljana and Elektro Celje. The Agency says none of the listed companies appealed against the approvals during the 15-day legal period, which means all of them have gained consent for their entry into the register of companies.
