Delo says international community clinically dead

Ljubljana, 21 September - Reflecting on 21 September, the International Day of Peace, Delo highlights in Saturday's front-page commentary the international community's ineffectiveness in anti-war efforts. The paper says that conflicts are raging across the globe, while impotent global institutions inadvertently enable political leaders who perpetrate mass atrocities.
