Večer says healthcare changes must put patients first

Ljubljana, 23 September - The newspaper Večer comments on the draft changes to the Health Services Act, saying that an overhaul is more than needed. It is vital that the minister manages to sift through the ideas put forward in the public discussion and make the changes beneficial for patients and not the pockets of various interest groups.
