Residential real estate prices up 7% in Q2 y/y
Ljubljana, 23 September - The prices of residential real estate in Slovenia continued to grow in the second quarter of the year. They increased by 2.2% over the first quarter and by 6.7% year-on-year. The number of transactions meanwhile dropped by 20% year-on-year, the Statistics Office said on Monday.
