Dnevnik says public sector wage system changes purely cosmetic

Ljubljana, 26 September - Dnevnik comments on Thursday on the proposed bill on public sector wages that has been approved by the government and 30 unions, saying that the changes will be "cosmetic" and that the introduction of a new wage system will not trigger enthusiasm in most of the profession groups.
