Civil Defence Day observed for the first time

Ljubljana/Maribor, 28 September - Civil Defence Day is being observed in Slovenia on Saturday for the first time after the government designated 28 September as a holiday two months ago to remember the day in 1990 when a constitutional bill was passed on people's defence as a basis for defence planning eight months before the country declared independence.
