Price of coffee shot up 10% in 2023

Ljubljana, 1 October - Last year, the price of regular coffee in stores and a cup of espresso in cafes jumped by around 10% compared to 2022, the Statistics Office revealed on the occasion of International Coffee Day. The office also noted a growing number of businesses involved in the coffee sector, with Slovenia primarily sourcing its beans from Brazil and Italy.
