Constitutional Court annuls Insurance Act provision

Ljubljana, 30 September - The Constitutional Court has annulled an Insurance Act provision according to which judicial recourse proceedings against administrative decisions by the Insurance Supervision Agency were decided without a main hearing. The right to a hearing in front of a judge is protected under the constitution, the court argues.
