Joint Statement on Conclusion of Izetbegovic's Visit to Slovenia

Ljubljana, 10 April - SLOVENIA/BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA
President of the Presidency of Bosnia Herzegovina, Alija Izetbegovic was on an official visit to Slovenia on 9 and 10 April upon invitation from President Milan Kučan. Izetbegovic also met with Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek and a separate meeting was held between Foreign Ministers Boris Frlec and Jadranko Prlic. The officials emphasized that both Slovenia and Bosnia endorsed strict implementation of the Dayton peace agreement. They have also found that bilateral relations were traditionally good and growing still stronger. President Kučan accepted Izetbegovic's invitation to visit Bosnia.
