Health Ministry to push for AI-based staff scheduling

Bled, 4 October - A Slovenian hospital has introduced staff scheduling for nurses supported with artificial intelligence, which has resulted in less sick leave and more days of annual leave being taken. The Health Ministry is now considering making such an approach to staff allocation mandatory, State Secretary Denis Kordež said on Friday.
