Horses and alpacas galore in eastern Slovenia
Ptuj/Poljčane, 7 October - Animal lovers will be keen to visit Starošince near Ptuj in eastern Slovenia to spend a day getting to know the horses in the local equestrian centre, which also organises therapy and workshops with horses. Just some 20 kilometres away there is an alpaca ranch, where visitors can pet and feed these animals.
