Slovenian Mahle subsidiary to lay off more than 600 workers
Šempeter pri Gorici, 10 October - Mahle Electric Drives Slovenija, a Šempeter pri Gorici-based company which is part of the German group Mahle, plans to lay off 340 workers in 2025 due to optimisation and another 270 after it moves parts of its production to Bosnia-Herzegovina and Hungary.
