National Assembly gives green light to Krško 2 N-plant referendum

Ljubljana, 10 October - The National Assembly voted in a 65:7 vote in favour of the referendum on the project to construct a new unit at the Krško nuclear plant being held on 24 November. They believe the mandate should be given to stakeholders to continue the preparation of the project but the referendum should not mean a final decision.
