Coasts Sees 75 Percent More Foreign Tourists During Easter Holidays

Ljubljana, 15 April - EASTER/TOURISTS/VISIT
Slovene tourist workers, mainly on the coast and in health resorts, can be satisfied with the number of tourists they hosted during the Easter holidays. In the Piran municipality, 1793 tourists nights were made between April 9 and 13 by domestic guests, down 48 percent from 1997, and 14,443 by foreign guests, a 74 percent rise from the year before.
