New bill on detectives passed

Ljubljana, 23 October - A new bill on private detectives was passed in parliament with 52 votes and none against on Wednesday. The bill defines the types of activities detectives can carry out, security clearance, greater oversight, and a set of records detectives can access to get information. It also restricts dynamic monitoring of persons, or tailing.
