Slovenia points to impact of wars in Gaza and Lebanon on Syria
New York, 24 October - The wars in Gaza and Lebanon have a direct negative impact on the situation in Syria, Slovenian diplomat Ondina Blokar Drobič said at Wednesday's UN Security Council meeting on Syria as she reiterated Slovenia's call for a cessation of hostilities throughout the region.
