Parliamentary committee gives green light to changes to Local Elections Act

Ljubljana, 6 November - The parliamentary Home Policy Committee approved on Wednesday the changes to the Local Election Act seeking to eliminate the unconstitutionality regarding electoral disputes and to make the organisation of local elections more simple and transparent. The committee adopted some amendments to the bill.
