Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek received Friday international mediator for succession to former Yugoslavia, Sir Arthur Watts. Watts is paying a brief working visit to Slovenia as part of his tour in former Yugoslavia before he is to work out a final report on succession negotiations.
