Delo says leaders agree action is needed to pull Europe out of crisis

Ljubljana, 9 November - Commenting on the EU summit in Budapest, the newspaper Delo says in Saturday's commentary that it has been a while since Europe has been as united as now in agreeing that it is in a crisis and that something must be done.
