Commission warns Slovenia over National Energy and Climate Plan delay
Brussels, 14 November - The European Commission sent on Thursday a formal notice to Slovenia and 12 more EU member states for failing to submit their final updated National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) by the end-of-June deadline.
