Symposium brings up open questions in Yugoslavia succession
Ljubljana, 15 November - Some questions related to the 2001 Yugoslavia succession treaty remain open and could lead to new disputes between successor states, heard the symposium held on Friday at the release of the book Succession in International Law: Dissolution and Succession After Yugoslavia. Symposium attendees agreed that the issue would affect EU enlargement.
