Delo says public sector pay overhaul is not reform

Ljubljana, 16 November - The newspaper Delo comments on the public sector pay overhaul signed by the government and the majority of unions on Friday, saying that while the new agreements bring higher pay for some 190,000 people and some other improvements, they have failed to make the public sector more effective and an attractive employment option.
