Slovene Press Critical about Sunday's Referendum

Slovene press comments Monday the referendum on establishing new and reshaping existing municipalities. Daily Dnevnik says the referendum was unnecessary as it is not binding for the parliament, stressing popular could be established more accurately and at a far lower cost with suitable surveys. Delo in turn says the referendum failed to provide an answer about what kind of municipalities Slovenia should have.
