Dnevnik says Biden's present to Ukraine comes late

Ljubljana, 19 November - Two months before leaving the White House, US President Joe Biden gave Ukraine the glimmer of hope he had been holding back even as the war in Ukraine entered its third year, the newspaper Dnevnik says in Tuesday's commentary.
