Ljubljana, 20 November - The skies will be mostly clear on Thursday morning but clouds will gather in the afternoon. Morning lows will stand between -9 and -1 degrees Celsius, up to 2 at the coast. Daytime highs will range from 1 to 9 degrees, up to 11 at the coast. It will start raining in the evening in the south of the country and snowing in the north.
